You pay a three-hour minimum to lock your date — that's it, not a 50% deposit. Finish inside three hours and you owe nothing more. Run longer and every extra hour is settled with your Lead Captain in person, before the crew leaves. No packages, no surprise ceiling.

Your first job with Hustle is protected. If our system does not meet your standard, the job reverts to cost. You pay only labour and overhead, with our margin removed. This lets you evaluate how we work with minimal financial exposure.

The Early Kickoff Guarantee™

Our crew arrives 20 to 30 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up and begin on time. If we arrive later than the grace period, a service credit is issued. Timing and professionalism are built into the process.

No-Fumble Protection™

If damage occurs during your job, we acknowledge it the same day and begin resolution within 48 hours. Repair or replacement is handled under our coverage policy, so issues are addressed directly without a drawn-out claims process.

Professionalism is a non-negotiable part of the Hustle system. If any member of our crew behaves in a rude, disrespectful, or unprofessional manner during your job, 25% of the project fee is credited and Hustle donates $250 to a youth-sport charity.
